With your consent, we analyze website use to improve navigation and identify difficulties.
What is measured?
A random measurement identifier, Care page path without URL parameters, device, browser, language, traffic source, campaign, clicks, scrolling, element visibility, active time and technical error signals. After analytics cookies are accepted, values typed into forms on public Care pages also appear in session replays and may include personal data.
Session replay with analytics cookies
Accepting analytics cookies records the complete session replay on public Care pages for 100% of consenting visits. Values typed into public forms, including personal data, are visible in recordings kept for 30 days. Password, hidden and file fields, payment flows, and account, partner and admin pages are excluded. Choosing necessary cookies only does not permit this measurement.
Retention and access
Raw events and recordings are retained for 30 days; aggregate reports for 365 days. Recordings are stored on Watchklinika hosting with restricted administrator access. With consent, the measurement identifier can be linked to a submitted registration to verify registration and first-payment outcomes.
Cookies and choices
care_behavior_consent and care_behavior_policy remember your consent choice and notice version for 180 days; care_behavior_sid lasts 30 minutes and care_behavior_vid stores a random visitor identifier for 30 days. The browser stores the last survey-display time to limit questions to once in 30 days. Consent is optional; declining does not prevent website use.
Withdrawal and rights
You can change settings at the bottom of the page. Withdrawal stops collection and deletes raw data for the current measurement session. Contact the controller for access or deletion requests. The full Privacy Notice explains your rights and complaint options.
